Terms of the deal have not been disclosed.

Established in 2004, Devicix provides concept design, prototyping, full product design and development, regulatory consulting, verification and validation, testing and commercialization services for medical device makers.
Devicix is said to create class I, II and III medical devices in multiple and various medical specialties, including point-of-care diagnostic instruments, therapeutic devices, implantable devices and monitoring equipment.
Nortech intends to use Devicix’s capabilities to provide design-for-manufacturability expertise and electro-mechanical manufacturing services, including wire/cable assemblies, printed circuit board assemblies and integration assembly, for medical device, aerospace, defense, industrial and commercial applications.
