NextGen Healthcare Information Systems, a subsidiary of Quality Systems, has partnered with Medseek to create the NextGen Enterprise Patient Portal.
NextGen Healthcare will distribute Medseek’s enterprise eHealth solutions to ambulatory and inpatient organizations to facilitate in improving patient-provider communications across health systems, as per the agrrement.
The new NextGen Enterprise Patient Portal will provide patients access clinical and non-clinical staff within an entire health system.
Patients can also view test results, schedule appointments and request prescription renewals, through a single online portal.
Healthcare enterprises using NextGen products and services will advance current workflows and address Accountable Care Organization needs with the ability to consolidate patient information from electronic health record and hospital systems into a single, intuitive view.
