MOgene, a provider of genomics services, is implementing Fluidigm's Access Array sample preparation technology for its targeted resequencing customers.

Fluidigm said its Access Array system prepares amplicons for resequencing and provides the flexibility to operate with any next-generation sequencer.

MOgene vice president Shaukat Rangwala said since 2004, it has been engaged with sequencing projects such as transcriptomes, metagenomics and notably sequencing the oil palm genome as a member of the consortium working with Washington University and Orion Genomics.

Fluidigm president and CEO Gajus Worthington said MOgene’s focus on providing their customers with high quality genomics solutions based on industry leading technology has been a hallmark of their success in the market.
