Modern Mobility Aids has entered into an agreement to acquire all the assests of Canada-based molecular diagnostics company - LumiGene Technologies.

LumiGene’s POSiChek is a portable system which automates the process of preparing and amplifying DNA in order to detect diseases and pathogens in just 30 to 60 minutes.
