Menicon has entered into an agreement to commercialize Eye Shelter's Solo care contact lens solutions range in European Economic Area and Canada.
The agreement allows Menicon to fortify its geographical presence by setting up new companions in the Nordic countries, Eastern Europe and Canada.
The products included in the agreement will also strengthen Menicon’s activities in the area of soft lens care.
Menicon Holdings president Toshio Matsushima said synergies realized through their enhanced product portfolio will help to improve sales for Menicon molded soft lenses and custom-lathed RGP and silicone hydrogel lenses.
