MedAZ Complete's electronic medical record component EHR Plus has received ONC-ATCB certification for its ambulatory and inpatient versions.

MedAZ Complete is a solution for medical practices seeking benefits of automating their clinical, administrative and financial systems.

The product components that have been certified are MedAZ Version 110101.001 (Complete Ambulatory EHR, Cert. #IG-2349-10-0008) and MEDAZIP Version 110111.000 (Complete Inpatient EHR, Cert. #IG-2349-11-0045).

The Complete EHRs are 2011/2012 compliant and have been certified by InfoGard Laboratories, an ONC-ATCB, in accordance with the applicable certification criteria adopted by the Secretary of Health and Human Services.

This certification does not represent an endorsement by the US Department of Health and Human Services or guarantee the receipt of incentive payments.

EHR Plus is also certified by SureScripts, an electronic prescribing network that reduces errors and increases both office efficiency and patient satisfaction.

MedAZ CIO Vasu Iyengar said the EHR Plus medical record supports clinical quality with evidence-based guidelines, the Practice plus management system maximizes staff and space efficiency, and the Billing Plus module minimizes errors and speeds collections.
