Poland-based Marie Sklodowska-Curie Oncology Center has purchased BSD Medical's BSD-2000 Hyperthermia System.
By applying radiofrequency (RF) energy, the BSD-2000 delivers localized therapeutic heating (hyperthermia).
The BSD-2000 creates energy which can be used electronically to focus the target’s shape, size, and location of the tumor, thus providing dynamic control of the heating delivered to the tumor region.
