Lumenis has chosen Dassault Systemes' Enovia Version 6 to fully master file its engineering information and business processes.
In order to respond to Lumenis needs across its entire organization, Lumenis’ aesthetic, ophthalmic, and surgical entities are equipped with Enovia and its Life Sciences Accelerators.
Enovia Version 6 will provide Lumenis with an online collaborative framework to manage and control its planning processes which helps them in managing all engineering data in the different planning phases while integrating them with existing CAD systems.
Enovia Life Science Accelerators which are built on Enovia Version 6 PLM for product quality and regulatory affairs, aid Lumenis to manage all product-related information (mechanical, electrical and software) on one single platform.
Lumenis CIO Zvika Weingart said the implementation of Enovia Version 6 will be a significant asset to accelerate the development process of new products that it is planning to launch in the coming years.
