Life Spine, Inc. (Life Spine) has launched the AVATAR Minimally Invasive Spinal System. The company claims that the AVATAR MIS system provides a new approach to deliver percutaneous pedicle screws. When combined with rod insertion mechanisms, the system is designed to accommodate evolving surgical approaches, as well as pathologies requiring in-situ reduction, distraction, and compression.
