Lenox Hill Radiology and Professional Data Systems (PDS), a provider in medical Information Technology (IT) solutions, have signed a partnership according to which PDS is expected to manage Lenox Hill’s information technology department.
Lenox Hill has chosen PDS based upon its customer service record, and overall performance as NY/NJ/CT’s preferred medical IT company.
Lenox Hill practice administrator Donovan Spamer said that PDS’ expertise with technology in physician practices will facilitate the timely and flawless integration of computer systems with the systems of the referring providers.
Lenox Hill CEO Robert Powell said that the technology edge will allow the firm to provide a higher level of customer service and therefore further establish leadership in the NYC radiology market.
PDS president Tom Telesca said that the partnership truly complements each company’s strength and as PDS’ expertise is in healthcare information technology and Lenox Hill’s expertise is in radiology and medical imaging, the combined services will lead to a seamless, integrated, end-to-end solution for Lenox Hill’s customers.
