Konica Minolta Healthcare Americas is set to exhibit its new diagnostic imaging equipment line-up at the Urgent Care Association of America's (UCAOA) 2016 event in the US.

The event will take place from 29 September to 1 October in Nashville, Tennessee.

Konica Minolta Healthcare Americas digital radiography vice president Bruce Ashby said: "Most urgent care centers can treat fractures, take X-rays, and conduct lab tests on site.

“They need high-quality and cost-effective diagnostic equipment and Konica Minolta Healthcare offers a wide range of imaging systems, including X-ray and ultrasound, to assist with these needs."

The company will showcase Sonimage HS1, which is a compact ultrasound system with an advanced touchscreen for better evaluation.

Sonimage HS1 includes L18-4 linear probe that scans both deep and superficial structures for musculoskeletal tissue evaluation.

The firm will also exhibit a range of digital X-ray and image review, and sharing digital X-ray imaging options.

They include AeroDR wireless flat panel detector with CS-7 control station and Digital Radiology straight arm system with Ultra acquisition software.

Konica Minolta’s Exa platform offers the infrastructure to manage data across the imaging workflow. It is a web-based platform that will enable zero footprint full-featured diagnostic viewing.

Digital Radiography system features a 17" x 17" detector that will allow for all imaging views, including wheelchair and table work.
