Kerr, a manufacturer of dental products, has acquired DUX Dental and Vettec to strengthen dental portfolio and add high growth animal healthcare to business platform.
DUX Dental manufactures and distributes dental products, including Zone Temporary Cement, Identic Alginate and Bib-Eze disposable bib holders, and PeelVue sterilization pouches.
Vettec is a worldwide provider of animal healthcare products.
Kerr group president Damien McDonald said that DUX Dental is an excellent complement to Kerr’s portfolio of dental consumables and small equipment and broadens its consumable and restorative offerings to the general practitioner, dental specialist, hygienist, and institutional customer.
