Medical device company JunoPacific has completed the acquisition of Lawrence Tool and Engineering (LTE), a tool design and fabrication firm specializing in high-volume medical device production.

Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Operating in the San Francisco Bay Area for over 25 years, LTE provides fabricating tools for medical industry segments such as cardiology, ophthalmology, orthopedics, and molecular diagnostics.

It also offers products for applications ranging from disposables to implants and surgical instruments.
