Versus Technology's Advantages real-time locating system (RTLS) has been chosen by the Johns Hopkins Hospital.
Versus RTLS was installed in the Johns Hopkins Hospital’s Weinberg OR to assess the system’s ability to provide the location of key staff members and critical clinical assets to support the workflow of a busy OR.
The reports showed that the RTLS system better locates equipment and can be used for asset tracking.
The Johns Hopkins Hospital has also equipped the Versus RTLS in its Nelson building which showed to automate GE’s Telligence nurse call system.
The company selected Versus Advantages RTLS for deployment in the new clinical building for staff locating, asset tracking and nurse call automation which is going to be open in April 2012.
