Jardogs' Universal Health Record (UHR) FollowMyHealth v1.0 is 2011/2012 was certified as an EHR Module on 27 January 2011 by the Certification Commission for Health Information Technology (CCHIT), an ONC-ATCB.
The certification number for the FollowMyHealth Universal Health Record, Version 1.0, is CC-1112-395030-1.
The FollowMyHealth UHR meets certification criteria for access control, emergency access, automatic log-off, audit log, integrity, authentication, general encryption, encryption when exchanging electronic health information, and timely access.
The 2011/2012 criteria support the Stage 1 meaningful use measures required to qualify eligible providers and hospitals for funding under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA).
FollowMyHealth combines the global connectivity and patient management aspects of a personal health record with the integration of a patient portal to create the UHR.
