iSALUS Healthcare has announced that the OfficeEMR has been tested and certified for Stage II meaningful use under the Drummond Group's Electronic Health Records Office of the National Coordinator Authorized Certification Body (ONC-ACB) program.

The EHR software is compliant in accordance with the criteria adopted by the Secretary of the US Department of Health and Human Services.

iSALUS Healthcare founder and CEO Michael Hall noted passing Drummond Group’s ONC-ACB EHR 2014 Edition Certification is a major victory for iSALUS, and more importantly a testament to the dedication and commitment of our hard working employees.

"The 2014 certification corresponds with Stage II meaningful use measures, and delivers valuable, time-saving features to our clinicians.

"The new clinical reconciliation feature allows providers to automatically post a patient’s previous medications, allergies, and problems into their chart with a single mouse click, while the decision support rules allow providers to build clinical alerts on almost infinite criterion triggering alerts to display in a patient’s chart.

"These features will fundamentally change healthcare by increasing the quality and speed of care delivery. It’s a very exciting time to be a part of healthcare reform," Hall added.

OfficeEMR, which met the requirements for Complete EHR Ambulatory, offers a completely integrated cloud-based EHR and Practice Management solution in a single database with one login. This environment prevents lost claim data which is a common problem due to most vendors requiring clients to utilize separate Billing and EHR systems.

OfficeEMR is unique in that it contains easy-to-read, colorful charts and graphs as a refreshing alternative to the sluggish, text-heavy EHRs saturating the market today. iSALUS knows clinicians don’t have time to read through hundreds of lines of chart notes.

That’s why OfficeEMR replaces text with pictures, graphs, and charts whenever possible — a true differentiating factor which allows physicians to accelerate the charting process while experiencing the joy associated with using a well-designed program.

This Complete EHR is 2014 Edition compliant and has been certified by an ONC-ACB in accordance with the applicable certification criteria adopted by the Secretary of the US Department of Health and Human Services. This certification does not represent an endorsement by the US Department of Health and Human Services or guarantee the receipt of incentive payments.

iSALUS Healthcare’s OfficeEMR 2014 program was certified on January 10, 2014.

iSALUS Healthcare’s certified product, OfficeEMR, is offered in a variety of pricing packages that best suit the specific needs of a practice. The mutually agreed upon pricing typically requires a training and implementation charge as well as a monthly licensing fee.

This pricing structure is memorialized in a mutually executed order form, terms of service agreement, and HIPAA Compliance Business Associate Agreement that essentially covers all features, functionality, and services required to meet meaningful use objectives and measures.

While iSALUS does not price add-on costs after the signatory order form, some costs may apply for additional features and services as requested by the client with agreed upon pricing parameters covered with a contract addendum.
