Three-year deal for Jarit surgical and laparoscopic instruments
Integra LifeSciences has signed a new three-year contract for Jarit surgical and laparoscopic instruments with Premier Purchasing Partners, the group purchasing unit of one of the largest healthcare alliances in the US.
The company said that Jarit instruments are used in virtually all surgical disciplines (neurosurgery, orthopedics, general surgery, plastic and reconstructive surgery, ear nose and throat, cardiovascular, obstetrics and gynecology, and ophthalmics) at more than 5,200 hospitals and surgery centers worldwide.
Integra’s direct sales organization and distributor network sells Jarit products. Integra Surgical is a provider of Jarit brand surgical instruments, the Omni-Tract family of retractor systems, and the Luxtec illumination products.
Debbie Leonetti, president of Integra Surgical, said: “We are very excited that Premier has selected Integra as a contracted supplier of surgical instruments.
