InSight Health Services has completed the sale of its seven imaging centers, located in El Paso, Texas and Las Cruces, New Mexico and one imaging center in California.
Headquartered in Lake Forest, California, Insight Imaging is a provider of retail and wholesale diagnostic imaging services.
Insight Imaging president and CEO Kip Hallman said they are pleased to complete the sale of these centers, which allows them to reinvest in new opportunities that align with their core market strategy and support future strategic growth.
Insight Imaging serves a diverse portfolio of customers, including healthcare providers, such as hospitals and physicians, and payors, such as managed care organisations, Medicare, Medicaid and insurance companies, in over 30 states, including the following targeted regional markets – California, Arizona, Texas, New England, the Carolinas, Florida and the Mid-Atlantic states.
