IMIX Americas is set to unveil the fully transportable IMIXRadStation, a digital radiography system that can be moved and connected to any existing radiography system to deliver immediate imaging, at the AHRA 2010 Annual Meeting and Exposition, at the Gaylord National in Washington DC.
IMIX said that the interface technology and generator quick-connects allow the RadStation to deliver full digital capability without mechanical modifications.
The RadStation provides a medical facility with a way to achieve DR imaging from multiple portable x-ray systems and is equipped with the IMIX SlimlineT TFT-based detector with a 14” x 17” field of view.
IMIX Americas CEO Rick Sbordone said that the products represent another step in the firm’s vision of bringing high quality, high value digital radiography to imaging facilities of all sizes and to meet the radiography needs of all clinical settings.
