iMDsoft, a provider in hospital-wide clinical information systems, and Mindray have entered into a new distribution agreement.
Under the agreement, Mindray will sell only clinical information systems by iMDsoft, and will be the sole distributor of MetaVision in China. Mindray will also distribute iMDsoft’s MetaVision Suite solutions in 10 countries in Europe, Africa, and Asia.
The partnership with iMDsoft will enable Mindray to offer MetaVision clinical information systems for the perioperative, critical, and acute care continuum as part of their recently-launched total solution strategy.
The MetaVision Suite from iMDsoft has the flexibility to meet the particular workflow requirements of various countries, hospitals, and units and Mindray chose to work with MetaVision because of the system’s ability to provide proven results to a diverse client base.
The MetaVision Suite includes fully-integrated tools for data collection, presentation, order management, reporting, and analysis across the continuum of care and promotes patient safety and enhances quality initiatives, cost containment, revenue capture, research, and compliance.
Mindray Development and Planning VP Guo Yanmei said they are pleased to forge this agreement with iMDsoft.
