Holston Medical Group (HMG) has chosen Phreesia's self-service patient check-in to maximize efficiencies in medical practices.

Phreesia digitizes the patient check-in process by replacing the traditional patient clipboard and all paper forms with the wireless, touchscreen – PhreesiaPad.

Phreesia collects and updates critical patient information, verifies patient insurance, and collects copayments and balances during check-in.

Holston Medical Group president Scott Fowler said they believe this partnership will help them to eliminate much of the manual and redundant work that keeps their patients from getting the attention they deserve.

Phreesia CEO Chaim Indig said their integration will allow Holston Medical Group to electronically transfer patient check in data to their electronic health record (EHR) and practice management (PM) systems, providing even greater time savings for the staff and allowing their doctors to better serve their patients.

Phreesia has entered into partnership with Allscripts to integrate its EHR and PM systems to offer medical practices a comprehensive solution to streamline their office workflow.
