Jeffers had held many positions in GE Healthcare. He was the general manager of Global Operations for Life Support Solutions business and general manager of Global Sourcing and Lean Initiatives for company’s Clinical Systems division.

Before joining GE, Jeffers was an officer in the US Air Force, serving in research and systems acquisition roles, and as a project manager for advanced energy systems with NASA and the Department of Energy.

Hill-Rom president and CEO John Greisch said that he was delighted to have someone of Jeffers’ ability, experience and maturity joining company’s executive team.

“Under Scott’s leadership, Hill-Rom will continue to deliver the quality products on which we have built our brand and market positions around the world,” Greisch said.
