Hill-Rom has acquired its Liko patient mobility products distributors - Liko France, Item and Liko Care for $20m.
The acquisition allows Hill-Rom to expand international presence, leverage and increase its direct channel presence in European markets.
Hill-Rom provides medical technologies and related services for the health care industry, including patient support systems, safe mobility and handling solutions.
The company also provides non-invasive therapeutic products for acute and chronic medical conditions, medical equipment rentals, and information technology solutions.
Hill-Rom’s product and service offerings are used by health care providers across the health care continuum in hospitals, extended care facilities and home care settings to increase the safety and quality of patient care.
