US-based healthcare group purchasing organization HealthTrust has awarded a contract to Teleflex Incorporated to provide its line of regional anesthesia products.
HealthTrust’s 1,400 hospital members will gain access to Teleflex’s comprehensive line of epidural trays, spinal anesthesia kits and peripheral nerve block products from 1 May 2013.
The kits for two anesthesia product lines include new Arrow FlexBlock Continuous Peripheral Nerve Block Catheter and the Arrow FlexTip Plus Multi-Port Epidural Catheter.
Teleflex anesthesia and respiratory division president Cary Vance said, "We are pleased to continue our relationship with HealthTrust to promote our goal of enhancing patient safety and providing superior Regional Anesthesia products for the healthcare industry."
