US-based HealthGrid is set to deploy its CRM solution on MicrosoftAzure platform, offering healthcare systems with enhanced patient engagement platform.

Last November, the firm had launched the new mobile CRM platform, a next-generation solution for patient engagement.

The platform allows providers to connect and engage with patients across the care continuum from anywhere, anytime and on any electronic device using HealthGrid’s multiple activation solutions.

HealthGrid’s CRM platform is already being used by more than 5,000 physicians and 150 facilities across the country.

HealthGrid co-founder and CEO Raj Toleti said: "We are excited to work with Microsoft and bring our innovative, healthcare-specific CRM platform onto Microsoft Azure, and deliver exceptional patient engagement, anytime, anywhere, on any device."

Microsoft US Health and Life Sciences partners director Bill Hawkins said: "HealthGrid is a leader in the healthcare CRM solution provider space, and has a stellar record of helping healthcare organizations achieve better patient engagement with exceptional results in less time, and at lower costs."

HealthGrid has developed the solutions that cover the care continuum from pre-care notifications to point-of-care registration, as well as from patient-specific to post-care follow up.
