Health Discovery Corporation has named Thomas Gallagher as the president, chief operating officer (COO) and general counsel, effective immediately.
Gallagher joined Health Discovery in late November 2009, as the executive vice president and managing director of Global IP Strategies.
Health Discovery chairman and CEO Stephen Barnhill said that Gallagher has provided outstanding leadership this past year across the entire business.
“He possesses a unique combination of strong execution skills, solid business and legal judgment, and a keen sense of new business development and strategy,” Barnhill said.
Health Discovery is a molecular diagnostics company that uses advanced mathematical techniques to analyse large amounts of data to uncover patterns that might otherwise be undetectable.
