Graymark Healthcare, a provider of diagnostic sleep services, has signed a non-binding letter of intent to acquire the Village Sleep Center of Plano.

The acquisition allows Graymark to operate a total of 100 sleep laboratories including 23 facilities in large communities and 77 hospital, provider or rural outreach sites.

Graymark treats sleep disorders, including narcolepsy, insomnia, and restless leg syndrome, and specializes in the treatment of sleep apnea.

Graymark Healthcare chairman and CEO Stanton Nelson said they look forward to serve those in Plano who need and deserve the best treatment for their sleep disorders.
