Florida-based EpiCareSRT, a provider of mobile non-surgical skin cancer treatment modalities and Sensus Healthcare, a designer, manufacturer and marketer of proprietary products and services for non-invasive treatment of non-melanoma skin cancers, have forged a strategic partnership to bring low-dose superficial radiation therapy for skin cancers directly to the point-of-care in dermatology offices.

EpiCareSRT’s mobile services application of the Sensus SRT-100 system, utilizing proprietary mobile x-ray technology provides a new option for dermatologists to treat basal cell and squamous cell carcinomas on an out-patient basis.

The SRT-100 delivers high cure-low recurrence rates, no scarring and the convenience of treatment at the doctor’s office.

EpiCareSRT CEO Dale Ranney said the solution improves the quality of care for the patient while increasing the value of the dermatologist’s practice.

Sensus Healthcare VP of Strategic Initiatives Steve Cohen said offering additional treatment options to patients will help dermatologists give more treatment choices to their patients, retain their patient base and thereby increase revenues.
