Envisionier Medical Technologies has entered into a distribution agreement that grants exclusive rights for US and international distribution and marketing of the endogo product lines to the Urology division of Cook Medical.

Headquartered in Rockville Maryland, Envisionier Medical Technologies is a developer of the endogo and eGoWorks open platforms at the intersection of medical devices and Healthcare IT.

Envisionier’s eGo Works application automates merging captured endoscopic data into an EMR, PACS or network server. The company claimed that it is the first to market with palm-held endoscopic imaging technologies.

David Guy, CEO of Envisionier, said: “We’re truly excited about the partnership with Cook Medical, and their global footprint will allow us to open new markets that need this type of mobile technology for patients unable to travel to the technology. The endoscopic market by default creates an enormous amount of data and we make it accessible.”

Bloomington, Indiana-based Cook Medical is a privately held company that provides a cost-efficient option for healthcare providers allowing them to meet diverse clinical and business management needs. Cook is a provider of various products in the Urology and Gynecology markets.
