DV Care, a subsidary of DaVita, has completed the acquisition of German based company- ExtraCorp.
ExtraCorp owns two dialysis centers and manages two additional dialysis centers in Germany.
Under the acquisition, DV Care owned all rights to operate ExtraCorp’s two dialysis centers located in Salzgitter and Seesen and manages two dialysis centers located in Dresden and Freital.
Each new center will offer dialysis services primarily focused on in-center hemodialysis.
DaVita said it is currently providing dialysis services in Bangalore, India and Singapore and has an agreement to develop and operate dialysis clinics in Malaysia.
