DuPage Medical Group has selected Merge Healthcare's iConnect Access and the Eye Care suite to eliminate disparate silos of information and form a true enterprise-wide imaging platform among its 330 physicians and 45 locations.
Merge iConnect Access facilitates hospital physicians and referring physicians to use multi-specialty viewer to access medical images from any approved web-enabled device.
DuPage can access images from cardiology, radiology and other image intensive areas from multiple departments, with no additional software downloads.
Merge Eye Care Solutions includes EyeScan portable imaging device which can be used to diagnose both the anterior and posterior segments.
Merge Eye Care Solutions also includes Eye Station, an image capture software and digital interface for existing fundus cameras, and Merge Eye Care PACS, a web-based image management system.
