DS WorldMed has ordered 500,000 units of Revolutions Medical's 3ml RevVac auto-retractable vacuum safety syringe.
DS WorldMed is Revolutions Medical’s distributor operating in the Middle East, South America and Central Asia.
The RevVac auto retractable vacuum safety syringe utilizes a patented technology in which a vacuum causes the needle to retract into the barrel of the syringe or device after an injection is administered or blood is drawn.
Revolutions said it has started full-scale production of RevVac syringe this month and expects to deliver the shipping container to DS WorldMed by mid-April 2012.
