DHS Holding, a provider of healthcare services, has named Michael Rohling as the company's new chief executive officer (CEO).

Rohling replaces Charles Barrett as CEO, who will continue as president of DHS Holding.

DHS Holding president Charles Barrett said Rohling’s legal mind and leadership skills will help the company expand and profit in its worldwide operations.

DHS Holding CEO Michael Rohling said he will be working tirelessly to enhance the company’s current core business.

"I will also pursue new business opportunities, which will give DHS a global presence," Rohling added.
