Under the contract, Premier members will benefit from the specially negotiated pricing and terms to Dfine’s StabiliT vertebral augmentation system.

The StabiliT system utilizes radiofrequency targeted vertebral augmentation (RF-TVA) to repair vertebral compression fractures (VCFs)resulting from instability due to osteoporosis or cancer.

Dfine chief executive officer Kevin Mosher said, "We believe this agreement is a further testament to the clinical performance of StabiliT, which provides physicians greater control in the treatment of VCFs through site-and size-specific cavity creation, delivery of ultra-high viscosity bone cement with extended working time, and a unique, remotely controlled cement delivery system to minimize the physician’s radiation exposure."
