PeriOptix commercial products include Air-X super-light frame system, designed to be worn over existing eyewear, MicroLine ‘through-the-lens’ loupes, Panoramic and Hogie flip-up lines, and the Adivista lightweight loupes featuring Adidas sport frames.

The purchase deal, which is pending fulfillment of routine closing conditions, is expected to be closed within December 2012.

PeriOptix president and co-founder Keith Tholin said the company is focused on introducing optics and illumination products having distinctive features compared to existing products.
