Dehaier Medical Systems, a developer of homecare medical products, has signed a strategic mutual cooperation agreement with Heyer Medical.
Under the three-year agreement, Dehaier will continue to distribute Heyer’s anesthesia machines and nebulizers in China.
Dehaier will also provide technical services and delivers medical products to Heyer’s customers in Asia, East Asia and Africa.
In addition to anesthesia equipments, Heyer provides breathing therapy equipment, connecting equipment as well as oxygen concentrators.
Dehaier CEO Ping Chen said, "We are delighted to be working with Heyer and welcome this opportunity for Dehaier to strengthen our international market expansion, enhance our brand awareness, improve our R&D capability, and eventually realize substantial growth in revenue for the benefit of our shareholders."
