Cardiovascular Associates (CVA) and Alexian Brothers Health System (ABHS) have entered into a collaboration agreement to establish a new organization for cardiovascular care.
Under the agreement, a new organization by name the Alexian Brothers Heart and Vascular Institute is being formed.
CVA president Jack Chamberli said the organization will advance the field of cardiovascular care with ABHS.
Alexian Brothers Health System executive vice president Mark Frey said both the organizations complement each other with the personnel and resources to provide care for cardiovascular disease in the Northwest suburbs of Chicago.
