Cornerstone Health Care, a physician-owned and managed practice, has chosen MedAptus' Pro Charge Capture solution to streamline its inpatient coding and billing activities.
The Pro Charge Capture solution will enable Cornerstone’s hospitalists to re-engineer paper-based processes and support both charge capture and sign-out, well in advance of the ICD-10 changeover.
MedAptus chief medical officer Ryan Secan said the company’s Pro solution is designed to address the variety of coding and practice requirements of a multi-specialty group.
"Rounding list management, reconciliation, sign-out and messaging are features that are beneficial for physicians such as hospitalists, filling in gaps where other systems, both IT and manual, have fallen short," Secan added.
