ClearLine MD, a developer of fluid management devices, announced a new leadership team and management structure to launch their patient safety device, ClearLine IV, into the market.

CLIV is the first FDA-cleared device to automatically detect and continuously remove air in intravenous lines during administration of blood, blood products and intravenous solutions.

Ann Bilyew joined ClearLine MD as President and CEO.  In this role, Ann will be responsible for driving the commercial and corporate strategy for the Company. 

Ann has more than 20 years experience investing in and leading emerging healthcare, life sciences and technology companies through exponential growth.

Also joining ClearLine MD are Jeff Modestino as CFO, Mike Prendergast as Director of Sales, East Region, Jason Kabat as Director of Sales, West Region, Jerra Lobozzo as Clinical Specialist, and Abbey Curran as Office Manager. 

 Jeff Modestino has two decades of healthcare and finance experience in several high growth healthcare sectors spanning healthcare services and devices.  Mike Prendergast has more than 20 years experience in sales and leadership positions in the healthcare market–from medical device and IT software products to high end capital equipment. 

Jason Kabat holds over 20 years sales and management experience at both private and fortune 500 companies.  Jerra Lobozzo has several years experience training and implementing medical equipment in hospitals across the nation. 

They join the existing engineering and development teams.  Company Founder, Ihsan Haddad, remains with ClearLine MD in a product advisory and development role. 

 Rick Romeo, VP of Operations, Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs and Phil Doucet, VP of Engineering round out the senior team.
