China Nuvo Solar Energy has acquired the assets of a distributor of medical and surgical products - SurgLine.
The acquisition allows SurgLine to become a subsidiary of China Nuvo and will continue to trade under the symbol CNUV.
SurgLine sells orthopedic, spine, trauma and surgical products and ENT medical and surgical products to hospitals and surgery centers.
SurgLine CEO Tom Toland said they are committed to reduce healthcare costs while maintaining the quality products that the hospital or surgical center has provided in the past in servicing their patients.
