Catheter Flushing, a subsidary of Acacia Research, has signed a licence agreement with Medical Components.
The agreement covers patents relating to the catheterization of patients using a guide wire and a flushing port.
The agreement resolves litigation that was pending in the US District Court for the District of Utah with respect to certain Medical Components’ products.
Medical Components develops vascular access devices in the fields of interventional medicine and dialysis.
