Carl Zeiss Vision, a provider of precision optics, has launched a new self-tinting lens - PhotoFusion.
PhotoFusion lenses utilize technology based on patented photoactive molecules that block harmful UV rays.
The molecules change configuration and absorb light when exposed to UV light and makes the sunglasses tint.
In the absence of UV light, the molecules return to their original state and the lens becomes clear again.
