Bruce has more than 30 years of operational management experience emphasizing a collaborative and decisive style. He has extensive experience in planning and managing for growth and has been called an innovator, risk taker and a visionary. Bruce Ferguson presently serves as the chief executive officer (CEO) for iHire, Inc. in Southern California.

Before to iHire, Inc, Bruce was with Exult, Inc., the first full service HR business process outsourcing (HR BPO) company. Before joining Exult, he was the national director of human resources and recruitment for the E&Y Consulting Practice. Bruce earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin. He has served as the co-chairman for the Human Resources Metrics Consortium and has authored a number of articles on the essentials of HR BPO and creating an effective BPO model.

Brandon S. Chabner has extensive experience involving regulatory affairs in the biotechnology and medical device industries. He has gained national recognition for his expertise in the areas of corporate law, regulatory compliance, securities, and mergers and acquisitions.

Prior affiliations include serving as an attorney with the law firms Fulbright and Jaworski, Hale and Dorr, and Greenberg Traurig, and general counsel for a privately held multimillion dollar revenue international distributor and trader of consumer electronic products located in Encino, California. Brandon is a graduate from Yale College, UCLA Law School, and Harvard Business School.
