Cambridge Heart, which develops and commercializes non-invasive diagnostic tests for cardiac disease, has received regulatory approval to sell its HearTwave II System in Mexico.

The company signed a distribution agreement with Mayerick in August 2010 to distribute its HearTwave II System which includes the company’s proprietary Microvolt T-Wave Alternans (MTWA) software and Micro-V Alternans Sensors.

Cambridge Heart CEO Ali Haghighi-Mood said they are pleased with the effort made by their distributor to obtain clearance from the Mexican regulatory authorities and they look forward to support them in achieving commercial success.
