Calibre Scientific has acquired Glass Chemicals, a Spanish distributor of consumables, equipment and services for the life sciences, diagnostics, and industrial sectors.
Glass Chemicals is focused on marketing and distributing products for laboratories, hospitals, and pharmaceutical customers.
The company also provides after-sales service, packaging, sterilisation management, along with medical and non-medical product customisation in cleanroom settings.
It is the second acquisition for Calibre Scientific in Spain, and further expands its footprint across the Spanish market including the Madrid and Barcelona regions.
