BSN medical has acquired US-based lymphoedema garments manufacturer JoViPak, for an undisclosed sum.
The deal will provide BSN with the patented FarrowWrap compression wrap, which is used to manage lymphoedema.
JoViPak produces products used to manage acute and chronic oedema and related venous insufficiency.
The firm markets compression garments, liners and pads, which are exclusively manufactured in the US.
BSN medical CEO Dr. Guido Oelkers said: "This acquisition further complements our comprehensive portfolio of lymphoedema solutions.

BSN will include the acquired business in its wound care and vascular franchise and it will continue to operate from its current Seattle location.
BSN medical, which provides services for wound care and related vascular diseases, includes brands such as Leukoplast, Cutimed, JOBST, Delta and Actimove.
