From 1995-1998, Peeples was director of sales for North and South America at Medtronic / InStent. Peeples also worked as the Western regional sales manager and as an independent sales representative with Pentax Precision Instrument Corp., a provider of flexible endoscopes, from 1981 to 1995. Peeples has a B.A. in Biology from the Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri.
