BioSyntech, Inc. (BioSyntech) has appointed Antoinette Lizzi as its chief financial officer (CFO). Before joining BioSyntech, Lizzi was vice-president of finance and CFO of Gale Force Petroleum Inc. Lizzi also held management positions in companies such as Gambro Inc., Bayer Healthcare Pharmaceutical Inc. and Cryocath Technologies Inc.
Ms. Lizzi is well suited to lead the financial operations of BioSyntech. Her experiences range across a number of industries, including senior finance roles in public biomedical companies, said Joyce Tsang, chairperson of the nomination, compensation and governance committee.
BioSyntech is a medical device company engaged in developing biotherapeutic thermogels for regenerative medicine.
