C. R. Bard, Inc. (Bard) said that the US District Court, Eastern District of Missouri has granted a summary judgment motion and dismissed with prejudice all counts in the previously-disclosed class action lawsuit that had been filed against the company by St. Francis Medical Center (St. Francis). The suit alleged the company conspired to exclude competitors from the market and violated federal and state antitrust laws.
St. Francis may appeal the court’s decision to the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals.
