Topspin LBO and AUA Private Equity Partners have invested in a dental practice management company, Brighter Dental Care (BDC).
BDC operates seven affiliated dental practices in New Jersey, US, which offers multi-specialty dental care from routine dental visits to the complicated dental procedures including orthodontic, periodontic, endodontic and oral surgery procedures.
Topspin and AUA collaborated with BDC’s existing owner-operators who will run clinical and non-clinical aspects of the business.
Topspin LBO managing director Leigh Randall said Brighter Dental has growth opportunities as it opens new locations for managed practices and the right team to capitalize on them.
